Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" — Nava Wealth, 67 Tha Phae Road, Chang Khlan, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.
• "You", "Participant", "User" — any person who uses this website or registers for a programme.
• "Programme" — any educational session, workshop, or course offered by Nava Wealth.
• "Materials" — any printed or digital content provided to participants, including workbooks and checklists.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any programme enrolment confirmation.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry through this website or registering for a programme, you indicate acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register.

All programmes are open to adults aged 18 and above. Our programmes are specifically designed with adults aged 40 and above in mind; participants of other ages are welcome, but content is written for that audience.

Services We Offer

Nava Wealth offers financial education programmes. These programmes are designed to help participants understand personal finance concepts and prepare for conversations with licensed professionals. They are not a substitute for licensed financial advice, and nothing presented in any programme constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product.

Programmes are delivered in English at our Chiang Mai premises, or as otherwise stated in individual programme details. We reserve the right to adjust session formats, dates, and facilitators, and will notify registered participants of material changes with reasonable notice.

Your Responsibilities

When using this website or attending a programme, you agree to:

• — Not record sessions without prior written consent from Nava Wealth
• — Not share materials provided in sessions with third parties for commercial purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, programme materials, and workbooks — is the property of Nava Wealth or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without our written permission. Printed materials distributed at sessions are for the personal use of the registered participant.

Payment & Cancellation

Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of registration.

If Nava Wealth cancels a programme, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Enrolment Terms

Places in our programmes are limited. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Waiting lists may be offered when a programme is full.

Attendance at all sessions of a multi-session programme is encouraged but not required. No adjustment to fees is made for missed sessions unless the absence is due to a medical reason documented with notice.

Printed materials (workbooks, checklists) are included in the programme fee where specified in the programme description.

Disclaimers

Nava Wealth provides educational content only. Our facilitators are not licensed financial advisors, and nothing in any programme should be understood as personalised financial advice or a recommendation to take any particular financial action.

Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial advisor or qualified professional before making significant financial decisions. The content of our programmes reflects general educational topics; individual financial situations vary and our content may not apply to every participant's circumstances.

This website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, Nava Wealth's liability to you in connection with any programme or website use is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme (or zero, in the case of website use only).

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from attendance at our programmes or reliance on information shared therein. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from fraud or gross negligence on our part.

Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, if their conduct significantly disrupts the learning environment for other participants or if they breach these terms. We will make reasonable effort to address concerns informally before taking this step.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

We encourage informal resolution of any concerns first. If you have a complaint, please write to [email protected] and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 15 business days.

General Provisions

• — Entire agreement: These terms, together with any programme enrolment confirmation, constitute the full agreement between us.
• — Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
• — No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
• — Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms to another person without our consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. For registered programme participants, we will send notice of material changes by email. Continued use of this website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
